Our thrust is on “Training and Development” of our security personnel with initial basic training and Periodical refresher training. Onsite training is organized once in a month to ensure that the security personnel are totally acquainted with the clients’ security systems and procedures. Customized and special services are developed to meet each specific customer requirement.
Human capital plays a crucial role in our industry .This resource needs to be trained and nurtured. We do this by selection of high quality personnel, initial intense training and subsequent refresher training .We also organize client specific training so that all security requirements of clients are met.
Training on fire fighting and emergency evacuation as also familiarity with usage of electronic security devices, form a major segment of our training.
